These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

ANY body can put in the work!
Easy to start and challenging for ALL levels, this class is a 45-minute HIIT session (High Intensity Interval Training) with light weights and conditioning. We combine functional movements with specific core-strengthening exercises to give you a workout that burns through fat and sculpts every muscle you have.
The classes are always fun and different — you’ll “work” with medicine balls, kettle bells, light dumbbells, jump ropes, sleds, and other super effective tools!

Lifting weights is good for everyone — BUILD is a 45-minute class that uses select barbell lifts and other functional movements to target certain muscles to sculpt your body. If you’re looking for one of the most effective ways to add lean tissue then BUILD is where you want to be!
Training for a specific goal? Want extra volume outside of normal classes but need guidance? Want to work with a MaxEffort coach but go to a different gym?
Our world-class coaches write programs that can be used congruently with class training OR as as a stand-alone program. This includes extra strength work, conditioning, or practice sessions to improve certain movements.
We know that 80% of the results we want come from what goes on in the kitchen. We’ll help you find the right diet for your body type, goals, and particular health needs. We offer two options:
Check In – For people who already have a solid grasp of basic nutrition and just need a little accountability! You’ll be assigned a Macro Profile and a “check-in” window with a coach each week to make sure you’re following the nutrition plan created for you.
Revamped Nutrition – Our signature nutrition plan, this option is designed for people who would like more in-depth education and guidance about their own eating. We offer daily access to your coach for more accountability when it comes to food choices and lifestyle habits to ensure you reach your goals!
We’ve sent a team to the CrossFit Games Regionals every year since 2011 and we don’t plan on stopping now! If competitive CrossFit is your thing, we have the top coaches to guide you and the top athletes to push you. The competition class isn’t for everyone – it requires pre-screening before participating, as it is considered a high-level class with certain requirements and time commitments.

In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. Max Effort offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
A “Full Session” is 60 minutes of one-on-one attention from a Trainer or Coach, designed to be a complete session from warm-up and skill development to conditioning and cool-down stretching.
A “Skill Session” is 30 minutes spent with Trainer or Coach focusing on a single movement or skill. This is a great option for someone looking for more personalized attention in developing a more complex exercise (like the Olympics lifts or gymnastics movements).
