Looking to get started with CrossFit? All new members start with a free 1-on-1 session called a “Baseline Session”. This is a 45-minute session where we can get to know you and your goals, which will help us coach you better! We’ll also do a simple workout so you can get a feel for gym culture and our coaching style.
WANT TO JUMP RIGHT INTO GROUP CLASSES?
We have the perfect program for you: WORK! This program is designed for maximum accessibility. This is a great class for people looking to start immediately – we keep the movements simple with dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, and bodyweight – no barbells!

Are you an experienced CrossFitter looking to join a Max Effort gym? Come to any of our scheduled classes to check out the vibe and meet our coaching staff. We are happy to have you join the the Max Effort Fitness family and our staff will properly introduce you to all we have to offer as well as properly integrate you into our current programs.
Your first class is free. If you’re cleared, you can sign up for a membership right after class!
